Gourmet sprang out of Milton Luros’ Academy Press in the very late 70s. There have been lots of variations of Gourmet over the decades. As the years progressed, later versions of the mag became a mess with lots of compilations and re-issues with covers that had nothing to do with the contents, mixed-in with magazines that did have original content.
